Kiawah Heart, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing health and wellness information and experiences to the community of Kiawah Island. Providing an avenue to build deeper connections and community, Kiawah Heart serves adults living in the Kiawah, Seabrook, and the neighborhoods of Johns Island who are interested in improving their health and well-being with principles gathered from lifestyle, integrative, and preventative medicine.
